Based upon the legendary video game, Dark Souls: The Board Game is a 1-4 player, co-operative, miniatures based dungeon exploration game.

Choose to be a Knight, an Assassin, a Herald or a Warrior. Each character class has its own unique upgradable characteristics.

There are treasures to be found alongside new weapons and equipment, however, many foes await players in the world of Dark Souls. Each enemy is represented by a detailed plastic miniature.

You'll need to learn how to defeat Hollow Soldiers, Silver Knights and the dreaded Sentinels. Players must identify the enemies' weaknesses to win the combat. As you progress and survive the many battles that await you become stronger, however, be careful, when one character dies the whole party returns to the Bonfire.

Defeat these creatures and the mini-bosses await: a Gargoyle, a Titanite Demon, a Boreal Outrider Knight, or a Winged Knight.

Finally, you will have to decide if you are ready to fight terrifying, huge, foes. For beyond the fog gate lies either the notorious duo Ornstein and Smough or the Dancer of the Boreal Valley.

These bosses are truly challenging opponents. Their attack patterns change every time you fight them, and midway during the fight they will reshuffle their attacks.
