Flames of War: Great War - US Mortar Platoon
The AEF (American Expeditionary Force) used both British 3" (76mm) Stokes and French 58mm Type 2 trench mortars. The Stokes proved an excellent weapon being light weight, easy to relocate, and easy to use. It was ideal for knocking out enemy machine-gun posts and gun positions, whilst the Type 2 had a heavier bomb and longer range. Contains: 4x 76mm Stokes or 58mm Type 2 mortar teams.
