At Zatu Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new look. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn apparel in its original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the RMA form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
